I often find that patients who have been around the alternative health world or are involved in some “natural lifestyle” believe organic foods, “pure foods”, or “super foods” are the answer to all life’s problems. However, after doing this for the over 25 years, I can assure you on many levels that; It is not true that all disease is caused by poor diet and that eating “good food” can cure all disease. However, because we live in a time and culture that does not eat “real food” the great majority of health conditions will respond positively to nutritional therapy.
