Payment Policy
Payment is due at the time of the visit. We accept cash, checks, and credit cards. Please allow 30 minutes for initial evaluation.

If you are unable to make your appointment at the scheduled time please call us immediately. You will be charged a $75.00 cancellation fee if you do not cancel 24 hours before your scheduled appointment.
